We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs clearance.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every Nanidi piece as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
Hygiene Notice: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on white dresses and white tops unless they arrive damaged or defective. These items must be returned in their original packaging with the hygiene seal intact.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items purchased with a promotional discount of 30% or more
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps:

- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with the RAN clearly visible
