Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
- Final sale items (see below) cannot be returned or exchanged
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on white dresses and white tops unless they arrive damaged or defective. These items must be returned in their original packaging with the hygiene seal intact.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your Nanidi purchase:
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our Return Request Template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with the RAN clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. - Wait for processing – Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information
Once your return is approved and processed:
- Refund method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Bank processing: Additional 3-5 business days may be required for the refund to appear in your account
- Original shipping costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once the original item is received and inspected
- If the replacement item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
- If the replacement item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
- Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer unless the exchange is due to our error
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items purchased with a promotional discount of 30% or more
Damaged or Defective Items
